Plie

is a wall-mounted plywood shelf designed to explore the possibilities of moulding multiple sheets into a thin, cantilevered form. The design takes advantage of plywood’s strength and lightness to create a stable yet minimal structure. From the side, it appears almost flat, but its curved profile adds depth when viewed from different angles. The shelf consists of two molded plywood elements, connected at the center with wooden lamellas to form a single, continuous piece.
